• Girls aged 6 to 30 years
• Resident of pilot states (Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Kastina, Yobe, Borno, Edo, Benue, Lagos, Oyo, Kebbi)
• Out of school or at risk of dropping out
• Provide a birth certificate or an age verification document
• Completed enrollment form on www.novaliegirlchild.org
• Parent/guardian contact information
• Brief educational history (last grade completed)
• Identify main challenges to education (financial, distance, safety, early marriage, etc.)

• Enrollment Window: September 2 – September 8, 2025
