Education for the Girl Child: This transformative initiative is dedicated to empowering girls from low-income families by providing them with the necessary support to complete their formal education, including university.

Access to Clean Water: We collaborate with partners to provide safe, potable water to communities in need, ensuring that clean water becomes a reality for every girl and her family.

Creating Safe Learning Spaces: We establish supportive environments where women, young girls, and vulnerable individuals can express themselves, develop skills, and gain inspiration to succeed across all life spheres.

Mentorship Programs: Our mentorship initiatives help girls and women unlock their innate potential through guidance, education, and support.

Awareness Against Gender-Based Violence: We actively campaign to eradicate gender-based violence, fostering safe communities and building awareness around issues that hinder growth.

Scholarships and Skills Acquisition Programme: We provide scholarships and vocational training to the youth and vulnerable populations, enabling them to build strong, self-sufficient futures.

Community Outreach for Basic Needs: Through targeted outreach, we bring much-needed assistance to underserved communities, providing access to education, youth empowerment, and women’s initiatives.

Equal Education Advocacy: Novalie champions equal access to education through the establishment of makeshift schools, scholarship programs, and advocacy campaigns, ensuring no girl is left behind due to financial barriers.

Support for Internally Displaced Children: We reach out to internally displaced children, offering support and resources to help them rebuild their lives with hope and dignity.

Commitment to UN SDGs: We collaborate with government and stakeholders to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on quality healthcare, education, and equal growth opportunities.

Each of these objectives guides our work, reinforcing our commitment to a future where girls are empowered, and trained, communities are uplifted, and girl children have the support they need to succeed. Together, we are creating lasting change for the next generation.

Our project aims to positively impact the lives of over 2 million Girls to be known as Novalie Stars, from communities across the 36 states plus FCT in Nigeria and beyond.

In Nigeria, over 10.5 million children are out of school, and 60% of them are girls (UNICEF).

According to the World Bank, empowering girls through education can increase their earning potential by up to 20% per year of schooling while reducing poverty and improving economic development.

At Novalie Girl Child and Empowerment Foundation, we address these issues by: 

• Giving Scholarships and mentorship programs to ensure every girl can dream beyond

• Raising awareness of gender-based violence and providing protection. 

• Skills acquisition programs and empowering Girlchild start-ups to break the cycle of poverty. 

• Facilitating United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to ensure long-term development.

Our Impact

-Supported numerous young girls across Nigeria in establishing start-up brands.

-Sponsored GCE and WAEC examination fees for secondary school girls in Ibadan.

-Organized outreach programs and donated food and drinks to vulnerable girls, women, and men.

-Provided university tuition support for young girls at Anambra State University.
